You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years full-cycle AP (multi-entity, multi-state)
- 1+ year construction industry experience
- Large ERP system experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Bachelor's degree
In This Role, You Will:
- Process high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable for multiple construction entities across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payment.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues directly with vendors and project teams.
- Support weekly and monthly check runs, including ACH and wire payments, while maintaining strong internal controls.
- Track, collect, and follow up on conditional and unconditional lien waivers to ensure compliance before payment release.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals, job cost reconciliation, and cutoff accuracy.
- Maintain vendor records, including W-9s, insurance, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and process year-end 1099s.
